I know its crazy but I have been feeling a little blue about the Real Estate Industry lately and I heard a sad song, which was not one of the top ten and felt an epiphany I had to share.
A sad song can remind you of sad times in your life or it can remind you of times that you turned something around.
For me songs no matter what the flavor help me compromise my time by sharing a physical methodical beat, a harmony of sorts that allow the mind to slip into a trans.
In Real Estate, buyers and sellers interact with emotion. Sometimes emotion is all it takes to create a transaction. If more people listen to up beat songs before they do anything the chance of desire may just be open for discussion. I am just saying that 80's song by Matthew Wilder - Break My Stride is a perfect example of its all good.
Check it out! Don't let a Sad Song break you down, pick your self up!
